Love the view. Food? Depends what U order. Where to park?1. Park in front of Kuala Sepetang Police station (parking is limited in this village)2. U are facing the police station - WALK TO THE LEFT & TURN RIGHT AT T-Junction3. About 10 steps u will see BURAQ OIL (small petrol station) on yr RIGHT SIDE4. On your LEFT SIDE - is the restaurant which is on the upper floor (signage at the entrance wasn’t there anymore, only at the staircase @ Feb 2020)5. Call the restaurant to reserve your table (in google map)6. Toilet is sparkling clean.7. Get the “kangkung udang kering” RM8.00 I had two plates

My wife and I took a 30-min drive from Taiping to this very unique restaurant (upper floor) for sea food dinner. The prawns and crabs were fresh and delicious. Kangkung with fried sambal was excellent. The staff are friendly.We enjoyed the spectacular view of sunset right where we had our dinner.

The restaurant was a little difficult to find because of the different name displayed outside the building. The easiest landmark is the mini Buraq Oil petrol station which is situated opposite the restaurant. The entrance leads you to a fish wholesale market on the ground floor where the jetty is. The restaurant is on the first floor.We had late lunch and hence it was a light one with various shell fishes. We ordered "see hum", "lala", fried oyster and deep fried squid. Food quality is pretty good and portion is reasonable. Expect to pay around MYR 20 per pax if not ordering fish, prawns/shrimps, mantis prawn or crabs. If you are ordering the more expensive seafood, expect to pay more.The view was fantastic, overlooking the river mouth and mangrove forest. The breeze was refreshing too! It was a hive of activity when we were there with fishing boats returning and sightseeing boats buzzing around transporting visitors who signed up for boat tours.

This is a nice restaurant off the road less traveled with a great view of the river. The food is fresh and great, service is fast and friendly at reasonable prices. Weekends and holidays would be packed and can be a nightmare getting a table.

Fresh seafood, lightning speed service and delicious dishes. We took ikan pari asam, lala kam heong and kangkung belacan. Perfect combination dishes after the firefly river cruise. Highly recommended

Fresh seafood right off the fisherman wharf ! This place food portion is generous and very fast cooking time . Staffs are attentive and most importantly to me, the toilets are clean!

Located at the edge of the river mouth facing the sea (located at 1st floor). As you dine you can see fisherman boat zoom in front of your view.Extremely fresh seafood with great cooking quality. Pick your seafood and let the chef do the magic. Not to be missed is the wonderful crabs, curry prawns and mantis prawns.'Souvenirs' such as dried sea products (dried shrimps, salted fish) and fresh fish cuts are available for you to take home at affordable price.

Everything is so fresh and delicious. I love the open air laid back environment too. Especially love how sweet the live flower crabs were. I would return to this place again.
